RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

EXCHANGES:

Need a different size or color?

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

FINAL SALE:

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Gift cards
• Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”
• Limited-edition releases designated as “Final Sale”
